The colors and patina are just perfect on this antique wooden hat stand with a painted flapper girl. Note that she definitely shows signs of wear: the flapper is a bit wobbly and the top of the stand has a small split in the wood.
Made in Japan, likely pre-1940s. This would be so cool on a bookshelf or nested in among some plants!
