Mint glass tulip vase

Alright y'all, I'll be honest in that I have no idea what this is. 😂 But I thought it had such good art deco vibes that I had to grab it. Large tulip vase with clear glass leaves and a mint glass base. Note a small chip in the bottom of the base.

This would look great glowing with a small tealight candle in it!
